How do I prepare for a Reiki or energy healing session?
Wear comfortable clothing and come with an open mind. It’s helpful to set an intention for the session and create a quiet, relaxed space if attending online.
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes! All services including coaching, reiki, and workshops are available online via Zoom or your preferred video platform. In-person sessions are offered where possible.
Can I book multiple sessions or packages at once?
Absolutely! Packages for multiple sessions can be booked directly through the website. Discounts may apply for course or session bundles.
What if I need to reschedule a session?
We understand that life happens. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule your session.
How do I access your meditations and free resources?
